It was July 2005, together with my friends Ruby and Julius we visited our friend Rachelle and explored the small but clean country of Singapore. We paid about $200 each for return tickets on Tiger Airways from Manila to Singapore. This is about one-third the ticket price of some airlines. To be continued...
